This is a difficult one to answer, as there are many variables contributing to costs, but this is essentially where we add value. Using the information, you provide, each quote is tailored specifically for you, providing the most cost effective charter options whilst still offering great service.

When requesting a quote, we would need the following details to provide you with an accurate quotation.

Route, Date(s), Number of passengers, departure time and any other information that may be applicable.

Once we have quoted you aircraft charter options, if you decide to proceed and book a flight, all you need to do is tell us which one you would like to fly on, we will prepare a Charter Agreement to send to you with the flight details.

Once you have checked the details through, you just need to sign and return this to us so that we can secure the preferred aircraft for you.

Some charter aircraft are owned by private individuals or companies, to make some revenue back on the aircraft they decide to “Charter” the aircraft with an approved charter operator. If we wish to book one of these aircraft, sometimes we will need to check with the owner that there are no plans to use it on the specific date. This is done at booking stage. 

Once the flight is booked, we would need passport details for all passengers (and pets) travelling. This would include Full name as it appears on a Passport, the Passport number and nationality, Date of Birth for each passenger and lastly the passport expiry date.  

In addition to this, any catering preferences or allergies and if you require any ground transportation.

Most Private jets will “cruise” at the same speed of airliners, even though some can fly faster. The Real time saving aspect is at the airport, arriving 15 minutes prior to departure and when you land, not having to wait at Baggage reclaim to see if your bag has arrived also this can save many hours on a trip.  

You can book a private jet as far as 4-5 months prior to your departure date, right up until the day of departure with a credit card. This would be subject to availability. 

When you charter an aircraft, you charter the whole aircraft.  

You can of course choose to have your friends join you, and split the cost with them making it more affordable.  

You can arrive at the airport up to around 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time, usually via a private terminal you’ll be taken straight to your aircraft.

When flying privately you will usually have use of a private VIP terminal at the airport.  

Meaning when security screening, which is needed for aircraft above 10 tonnes, there are no queues and it is a seamless transfer through to the aircraft.

For bringing animals back into the UK, the pet passport scheme allows your cat, dog or ferret to enter the U.K without Quarantine.

An empty leg is where an aircraft is repositioning prior or post to another flight, with no passengers on board. These are offered with restricted terms and availability for passengers with flexibility to make a great saving on, sometimes up to a 70% saving. 

Luggage holds on Private Jets vary, some have external holds, some small hold doors and some just an interior area. 

Up to midsize jets, usually one normal soft sided case (so that it will fit better) per person to fit in the hold, plus small items of hand luggage.

Once you’ve chosen a departure time, we can usually accommodate any changes. Sometimes this will be subject to availability, but most operators will build in some flexibility. Bare in mind that some airports have restricted runway slots, so even if the aircraft can change the departure time, the airport may not have a slot that suits. 

A handling agent “Handles” the flight, they will manage the private terminal that you will travel through when you depart / arrive at an airport. They are on hand to assist with your luggage and provide any drinks or services you may need prior to your departure.

Yes, along with executive jet charter, we can book private helicopter charters.  

Finding landing sites close to or at your final destination saving you valuable time.   

Along with charters, we can also book helicopter transfers, straight from your aircraft, into the helicopter and depart to the city, or preferred landing site within minutes.

As above, plans sometimes change and we aim to give you maximum flexibility, If an operator is available they will usually amend schedules without penalty.  

If the trip is cancelled, sometimes cancellation fees will apply, these are in stages and can be found on our charter agreement. We will endeavour to minimise these for our customers.

Yes, The private jet operators that we use all have an Air Operators Certificate “AOC”, Which is the same type of Licence that the major airlines use, and ensures that all processes are in place to run an airline safely. 

The easiest way to pay for a charter flight is with a bank transfer, all flights must be paid for at least 48 hours prior to departure. If the flight is last minute, we may be able to take a credit card for the full amount, or hold the full amount on a card until a bank transfer can be made.
